The Blanco is the point of departure: blue agave from Amatitán without the intervention of time or wood. The spring water from the barranca's own sources carries a minerality no other origin can provide.
Drink it neat in a crystal glass, in cocktails where agave must be the protagonist, or as a measure of the house's terroir.
